RESOLUTION NO. 2009-841
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC REFERENDUM TO
AUTHORIZE THE IMPOSITION OF A LOCAL SALES AND
SERVICE TAX IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT
THE RATE OF ONE PERCENT (10) TO BE EFFECTIVE
ON JANUARY 1, 2011 AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2009-769 IN ITS ENTIRETY.
