c s N WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
gerjces Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications,
0 forth of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
k-0 ' Riverfrant Stadium Grandstand ADA Ramp Project - 850 Park
Roa41; in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
sPecifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
*itZ.RLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and Dreliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 2009 .
