c ccc BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
f, iat the amendment to the Development Agreement dated August 24 ,

administration Building located at 1515 Sycamore Street, to
extend the completion date to September 1, 2011, by and between
;MAKO WATERLOO CORPORATION and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
=the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
:::authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
