RESOLUTION NO. 2009-899
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
2010 AUTOMATED SIDE-LOADING GARBAGE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Central Garage, to prepare and file
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , for the
Purchase of One (1) 2010 Automated Side-Loading Garbage Truck, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Central Garage has filed said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
