RESOLUTION NO. 2009-895
RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE ORDER WITH
HOWARD R. GREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID PURCHASE ORDER BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Order dated September 8 , 2009, at a cost not to
exceed $92, 000 . 00, for design and administrative services for
Chamberlain Demolition, Phase 2 , by and between Howard R. Green
Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
