RESOLUTION NO. 2009-894
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
MIDAMERICAN ENERGY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 8 , 2009, at a cost not to
exceed $60, 000 . 00, to convert Riverfront Stadium, 850 Park Road,
from single phase to three phase power, by and between
MidAmerican Energy of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
