RESOLUTION NO. 2009-893
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTRA WORK ORDER WITH
HOWARD R. GREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID EXTRA WORK ORDER BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Extra Work Order dated September 8, 2009, for an
increased amount of $24 , 750 . 00 to perform additional assessments
associated with the Downtown EPA Hazardous Materials Assessment
Grant, by and between Howard R. Green Company of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
