RESOLUTION NO. 2009-882
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH MENARD, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the First Amendment to Development Agreement dated September 8,
2009, for construction of a Menard' s Store near the Logan Plaza
retail center to extend completion date from October 1, 2010 to
April 1, 2012, by and between Menard, Inc. of Eau Claire, Wisconsin,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
