RESOLUTION NO. 2009-881
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH NORTHEAST
IOWA FOOD BANK AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 8, 2009, to allow access to
property generally located at 106-116 East 11th Street to perform
environmental site assessment, by and between the Northeast Iowa
Food Bank and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
