RESOLUTION NO. 2009-879
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOUSING ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement dated
September 8, 2009, for JSA Development, LLC for construction of
four residential apartments in one rehabbed building within the
Enterprise Zone generally located at 304 West 5th Street, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
