RESOLUTION NO. 2009-877
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2ND AMENDMENT TO THE
STATE JUMPSTART HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH IOWA FINANCE AUTHORITY
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 2nd Amendment to the State Jumpstart Housing Assistance
Program Grant Agreement dated September 8, 2009, for an
additional award of $200, 000 . 00, to assist eligible residents
whose homes were damaged following the natural disasters of 2008 ,
by and between the Iowa Finance Authority and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
