RESOLUTION NO. 2009-876
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 8, 2009, for grant in the
amount of $10, 000 . 00, to help fund the Cops 'n Literacy Program,
by and between Black Hawk County Gaming Association and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
