RESOLUTION NO. 2009-873
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH STRUXTURE
ARCHITECTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 8 , 2009, at a cost not to
exceed $13 , 000 . 00, for architectural services for the 2009
Riverfront Stadium Grandstand ADA Ramp Project, by and between
Struxture Architects of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
