RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM MILLER FENCE
COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE 2009
TIBBITTS BASEBALL COMPLEX FENCING PROJECT, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Miller Fence Company of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the 2009 Tibbitts Baseball Complex Fencing Project, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 8th day of
September, 2009, be, and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
