RESOLUTION NO. 2009-860
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 2554-2556 EDGEMONT
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-859, Request for Proposals
Documents for the sale and conveyance of city-owned property
generally located at 2554-2556 Edgemont Avenue, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, has been approved and adopted by this Council
after the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said sale and
conveyance be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
