RESOLUTION NO. 2009-859
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS DOCUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH SALE
AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 2554-2556 EDGEMONT
AVENUE .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning & Development
Director of said City to prepare Request for Proposals Documents
for the sale and conveyance of city-owned property generally
located at 2554-2556 Edgemont Avenue, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning & Development Director did
file said Request for Proposals Documents, which was
preliminarily approved on August 10, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 8, 2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposals Documents for the
sale and conveyance of city-owned property generally located at
2554-2556 Edgemont Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same is hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
