RESOLUTION NO. 2009-857
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS DOCUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH SALE
AND CONVEYANCE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1604 GARDEN AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning & Development
Director of said City to prepare Request for Proposals Documents
for the sale and conveyance of city-owned property generally
located at 1604 Garden Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning & Development Director did
file said Request for Proposals Documents, which was
preliminarily approved on August 10, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 8, 2009, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposals Documents for the
sale and conveyance of city-owned property generally located at
1604 Garden Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same is hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
