RESOLUTION NO. 2009-853
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS DOCUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF MISCELLANEOUS WATER RESCUE
EQUIPMENT FOR WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
Request for Proposals Documents for the Purchase of Miscellaneous
Water Rescue Equipment for Waterloo Fire Rescue, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said Request for Proposals
Documents for the Purchase of Miscellaneous Water Rescue
Equipment for Waterloo Fire Rescue, which was preliminarily
approved on August 10, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 8 , 2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposals Documents for the
Purchase of Miscellaneous Water Rescue Equipment for Waterloo
Fire Rescue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same is
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
