RESOLUTION NO. 2009-851
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2009 RIVERFRONT STADIUM
GRANDSTAND ADA RAMP PROJECT - 850 PARK ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc . , for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium Grandstand ADA Ramp Project
- 850 Park Road, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
the 2009 Riverfront Stadium Grandstand ADA Ramp Project - 850
Park Road, which were preliminarily approved on August 24 , 2009,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 8, 2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium Grandstand ADA
Ramp Project - 850 Park Road, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
