RESOLUTION NO. 2009-849
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2010
ADA ACCESSIBILITY PLAN - UNIVERSITY AVENUE
AND GREENHILL ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2010 ADA
Accessibility Plan - University Avenue and Greenhill Road, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2010 ADA Accessibility Plan -
University Avenue and Greenhill Road, which were preliminarily
approved on August 17, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 8, 2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2010 ADA Accessibility Plan -
University Avenue and Greenhill Road, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2009 .
