RESOLUTION NO. 2009-918
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH FIRST EQUITY
ACQUISITIONS, LLC AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement
dated September 14 , 2009, for the purchase of Crossroads Fire
Station #8 at an amount of $2, 127, 506 . 00, with First Equity
Acquisitions, LLC purchasing the land for the new site and
conveying the land to the city for $270, 000 . 00, by and between
First Equity Acquisitions, LLC of Rolling Meadows, Illinois and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 2009 .
