RESOLUTION NO. 2009-916
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
HOMELAND SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
DIVISION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 14 , 2009, for a 2008 Homeland
Security Grant in an amount not to exceed $297, 352 . 33 , with no
required local match, for the LEIN Region 2, by and between Iowa
Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 2009 .
