RESOLUTION NO. 2009-915
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY TRICON GENERAL CONSTRUCTION INC. OF
DUBUQUE, IOWA FOR THE 2009 RIVERFRONT STADIUM
GRANDSTAND STRUCTURAL REPAIRS, AND ACCEPTING
THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Tricon General Construction Inc . of Dubuque, Iowa,
has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with the 2009
Riverfront Stadium Grandstand Structural Repairs in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Substantial Completion and Recommendation
of Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 2009 .
