RESOLUTION NO. 2009-959
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, CONTRACT, ETC. FOR
LEGAL SERVICES FOR HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT
PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Planner, to prepare and file Request for Proposal document,
contract, etc . for Legal Services for Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the City Planner has filed said Request for Proposal
document, contract, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal document, contract,
etc . , be, and the same is hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2009 .
