RESOLUTION NO. 2009-948
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM STICKFORT
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF CEDAR FALLS,
IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2010 ADA ACCESSIBILITY
PLAN - UNIVERSITY AVENUE AND GREENHILL ROAD,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Stickfort Construction Corporation of Cedar
Falls, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2010 ADA Accessibility Plan -
University Avenue and Greenhill Road, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the
Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 21st day of September, 2009,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by North American Specialty Insurance
Company of Manchester, New Hampshire, as surety thereon, be, and
the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2009 .
