RESOLUTION NO. 2009-947
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
VANDEWALLE & ASSOCIATES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 21, 2009, for Implementation
Services for 2009-2010 at an hourly rate for a maximum of
$60, 000 . 00, by and between Vandewalle & Associates of Madison,
Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2009 .
