RESOLUTION NO. 2009-945
RESOLUTION APPROVING FY09 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL
PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (C.A.P.E.R. )
FOR CDBG AND HOME PROGRAM ACTIVITIES AND
AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF SAME TO U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY09 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation
Report (C.A. P.E.R. ) for CDBG and HOME Program activities for the
period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to submit same to the
U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2009 .
