RESOLUTION NO. 2009-944
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE
MORTGAGE FOR CLEAR WINDOWS LIMITED LIABILITY
PARTNERSHIP, JOHN A. DUTCHER AND C. SUZANNE
DUTCHER FOR PAYMENT IN FULL OF AN ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT LOAN AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE BY
MAYOR.
WHEREAS, Clear Windows Limited Liability Partnership, John
A. Dutcher and C. Suzanne Dutcher have paid the remaining balance
of the mortgage in conjunction with an Economic Development Loan
for the following described property:
Mid Port America Park Plat No. 1 Lot 2 except the
Southwesterly 140 . 31 feet in even width thereof, City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated
September 21, 2009, for payment of an Economic Development Loan,
by and between Clear Windows Limited Liability Partnership, John
A. Dutcher and C. Suzanne Dutcher, be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of September, 2009 .
