RESOLUTION NO. 2009-942
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED
JUNE 30 , 2009 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR CITY
STREETS TO BE FILED WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION COVERING THE VARIOUS REVENUE
AND EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY STREETS AND
PARKING SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2009 Annual Financial
Report for City Streets, as required by Chapter 312, Section 14
of the Code of Iowa, covering the various revenue and
expenditures for the City Streets and Parking System in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same is hereby approved as its
Official Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2009 Annual Financial
Report .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2009 .
