RESOLUTION NO. 2009-935
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF CEDAR VALLEY
CORPORATION FOR AN EXTENSION TO A VARIANCE TO
NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation is performing work within
the city limits of the City of Waterloo in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2008 West Commercial Street Extension, River Road Relocation
and Storm Water Pump Station, Contract No. 720, and
WHEREAS, said company' s operations exceed the limits of the
Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and
WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for an
extension to a variance through October 15, 2009 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Cedar Valley Corporation for
an extension to a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance
be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2009 .
