RESOLUTION NO. 2009-934
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated September 21, 2009, to place signs
within State Highway right-of-way to allow the Five Star Snow
Trails Association to place snowmobile trail signs on city right-
of-way, by and between Iowa Department of Transportation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2009 .
