RESOLUTION NO. 2009-933
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM SILVER
EAGLE HARLEY-DAVIDSON, 4022 SERGEANT ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Silver Eagle Harley-Davidson, 4022 Sergeant Road, to hold a
bonfire on September 25, 2009 at 8 : 00 a.m. in their gravel
parking lot at the rear of the building, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of September, 2009 .
