RESOLUTION NO. 2009-986
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
MIDAMERICAN ENERGY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 28, 2009, for Energy
Efficiency Awareness Campaign Partnership Commitment, by and
between MidAmerican Energy and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 2009 .
