RESOLUTION NO. 2009-981
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM PETERS
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR THE 2009 RIVERFRONT STADIUM GRANDSTAND -
ADA RAMP PROJECT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Peters Construction Corporation of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the 2009 Riverfront Stadium Grandstand - ADA Ramp
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
28th day of September, 2009, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by United
Fire & Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon,
be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 2009 .
