RESOLUTION NO. 2009-980
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE OFFICE OF JUSTICE
PROGRAMS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated September 28, 2009, for the FY09 Edward
Byrne Memorial Justice Grant (JAG) Program Local Solicitation in
the amount of $99, 628 . 00, with no required local cash match, to
be used for funding the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force,
by and between Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 2009 .
