RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND PROMISSORY
NOTES FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contracts and promissory notes dated September 28 , 2009,
for the Disaster Recovery Business Rental Assistance Program with
the following businesses :

by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
