RESOLUTION NO. 2009-968
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND DEMOLITION PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 167-D-GO-10-05-09 (FORMER US
BANK DRIVE UP TELLER BUILDING AT 315 CEDAR
STREET) .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-967, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc . , for the General Obligation Bond
Demolition Project, Contract No. 167-D-GO-10-05-09 (former US
Bank Drive Up Teller Building at 315 Cedar Street) , in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of September, 2009 .
