AN ORDINANCE VACATING EAST/WEST ALLEY IN
BLOCK 3, STOYANOFF'S REPHT.
RE IT ORDAINED PY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOwS.
That part of a sixteen (16) foot alley commencing at the southeast
corner of Lot No. One, Stoyanoff's Replat, Waterloo, !lack Hawk
County, Iowa: thence west along the south lot line of Lots One (1)
and Two (2) of Stoyanoff's Replat a distance of seventy-five (75)
feet° thence south at rioht angle a distance of eight (8) feet;
thence west and Parallel to the south lot line of Lot No. ? of
Stoyanoff's Replat a distance of twenty-five (25) feetthence south
at rioht angle a distance of eight (R) feet to the northwest corner
of Lot Thirteen (13), Stoyanoff's Replat: thence east along the
north lot line of Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) of
Stoyanoff's Replat a distance of 100 feet: thence north to the point
of heqinnina.
A public utility easement shall he retained over,
above described parcel.
