ORDINANCE NO. 3424
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF EASEMENT IN SOUTH
PROSPECT ADDITION.
RE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That easement of undetermined width as qranted to the City
of Waterloo and described in the Deed of Dedication of South
Prospect Addition that lies between Lot Nos. 13 and 14 of
South Prospect Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Waterloo. Iowa,
on the 17th day of March, 199F,, and approved by the Mayor nn the 19th
day of March, 1996.
