BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO. IOWA• Section 1. That Section 2A -7-N of Ordinance No. 247cl as amended, he further amended by adding after Subsection No. 5.5 of said Section, the following Subsection No. 7 (seven) " 7 fi Lots 9 and 10, Alk. 23 of Hagerman Place, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. now zoned on the Zoning °°1ao of Waterloo, Iowa, as "9-2" One and Two Family Residence District to "C -Z" Conditional Zoning district as described above, subject to the following conditions! 1. A curb opening shall he applied for through the City Engineer's office and installed in accordance with their specifications and requirements. ?. Six (5) parking spaces are required for this development and shall be provided on the property. 3. x,11 parking areas, ingress, egress and access areas shall he hard surfaced. Said hard surfacing shall he designed so as to direct storm water run off to an appropriate outlet that shall he approved by the City Engineer. A solid fence not to exceed eight (8) feet or be less the six (5) feet in height shall be located in the side yard area along the north property line. Fencing provided in any front yard areas shall not exceed four (4) feet in height. 5. No bill boards will he located upon the structure or property. C. One five (5) foot by eight (Q) foot sign shall be located entirely on private property in the front yard area of the property. 7. A 355 square foot addition may he constructed on the eastern portion of the structure. Said addition will require the construction of two (2) additional narking spaces. Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor he, and he is hereby directed to file a certified cony of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
