ORDINANCE NO. 3426
ORDINANCE A!v1ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 217 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COU.lNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Ordinance No. 2479 as amended„ he
further amended by addinc! after Subsection No. 216 of said Section,
the following Subsection No. 217, two hundred and seventeen (217)
described as:
"217": 217"
Lot Mos. 13, 14 and 15 Brookeridae Addition,
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4" multiple Family
Residence District to "C-1'° Commercial District as described above.
Section 2. That the City Clerk/Auditor he, and he is hereby directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 7th day of Apri 1 19prim
and approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of April, 1986.
