AM ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF FOREST AvENUE IN
AUDITOR'S PLAT NO. 5.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS7
Easterly 130.65 ft. of the Thirty (30) ft. wide public right of
way of Forest Avenue lying northerly of and adjacent to Lot 1 of
Auditor's Plat No. 6, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention of a
permanent utility easement over, under, and above the Southerly Twenty
(20) ft. of the above described parcel.
Passed and adopted hy the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the 7th day of April, 1986, and approved by the Mayor on the 9th day of
April, 1986.
