RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1001
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE RENTAL OF THREE (3) MOTOR GRADERS
WITH SNOW OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc . , for the Rental of Three (3) Motor Graders With
Snow Operations, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . ,
for the Rental of Three (3) Motor Graders With Snow Operations,
which were preliminarily approved on September 14 , 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
October 5, 2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for the Rental of Three (3) Motor Graders
With Snow Operations, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 2009 .
