RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1002
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
RENTAL OF THREE (3) MOTOR GRADERS WITH SNOW
OPERATIONS .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-1001, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc . , for the Rental of Three (3)
Motor Graders With Snow Operations, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said rental be
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 2009 .
