RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1003
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) EMERGENCY
GENERATOR AND AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH TO BE
INSTALLED AT CENTRAL GARAGE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1) Emergency
Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch to be Installed at
Central Garage, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . ,
for the Purchase of One (1) Emergency Generator and Automatic
Transfer Switch to be Installed at Central Garage, which were
preliminarily approved on September 21, 2009, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
October 5, 2009, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of One (1) Emergency
Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch to be Installed at
Central Garage, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 2009 .
