RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1012
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY-STATE AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City-State Agreement No. 2010-1-039 dated October 5,
2009, in conjunction with U.S . Highway 63 Transportation
Improvements from Newell Street to Donald Street, by and between
the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
and Deputy City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 2009 .
