RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1013
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF
APPLICATION TO THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF
NORTHEAST IOWA FOR GRANT FUNDING AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application for grant funding in the amount of
$15, 000 . 00, with no required local match, to construct a shelter
and sidewalks at the Pat Bowlsby Off-Leash Dog Park, with the
Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and submit to the Community
Foundation of Northeast Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 2009 .
