RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1018
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE AWARD
OF BID FOR PURCHASE OF AN AMBULANCE MODULAR
(PATIENT COMPARTMENT) AS OCTOBER 12 , 2009, AT
5 : 30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 12th day of October, 2009,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon awarding of bid
for the purchase of an Ambulance Modular (patient compartment) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 2009 .
