RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1019
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH ARAMARK
UNIFORM SERVICES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated October 5, 2009, to provide laundry
services for towels and mechanics uniforms for Waterloo Fire
Rescue, by and between Aramark Uniform Services of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and Deputy City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 2009 .
