RESOLUTION NO. 2009-1025
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
EMERGENCY VEHICLE SALES AND SERVICE OF
ALEXANDER, IOWA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF
AMBULANCE MODULAR (PATIENT COMPARTMENT) , IN
THE AMOUNT OF $118 , 520 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Emergency Vehicle Sales and Service of
Alexander, Iowa, in the amount of $118 , 520 . 00 , for the Purchase
of Ambulance Modular (Patient Compartment) , described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of October, 2009 .
